David's Legal Signs designs, builds, and installs foreclosure signs for court-appointed committees, attorneys, and trustees throughout Connecticut. For more than 20 years we've handled the signage side of foreclosure sales — delivering thousands of signs on time and on spec — so committees can focus on the file, not the field work.
Every sign is the standard court-approved 24" × 36" size, built weatherproof to stay intact and legible through the entire sale period. We post in time to satisfy the court-approved posting window for your sale, install on-site, and send photo documentation confirming the sign is up. Rush installation is available on request when timing is tight.
We build every sign to the specific posting requirements of your sale, following the court's order and your jurisdiction's rules. Getting the notice right is the whole point — and it's what we do.
No Payment Until Your Fees Are Awarded
We don't ask for payment up front. We're paid when your committee fees and expenses are awarded by the court — so there's no out-of-pocket cost to you and nothing to advance.
We serve the Fairfield, Ansonia-Milford, New Haven, and Waterbury Judicial Districts, installing across the towns in each.
Committees come back to us because the process is simple, the signs are right, and the work gets done on time.
